Based in West Bend, Wisconsin, Cody brings a unique blend of integrity, community focus, and creative vision to his work — values shaped by his background in public safety and lifelong connection to local culture.

Before launching Focal North, Cody worked across law enforcement, fire, and EMS, where he developed a deep respect for clear communication and earned trust — skills that now translate into every client relationship. His passion for photography and storytelling inspired him to help small businesses share their voice and connect with their audience in a more authentic way.

Outside of work, you'll find Cody in his woodworking shop, out exploring with his camera, or traveling to discover new places (and content ideas). Through Focal North, he's on a mission to help businesses grow with purpose — and always keep their brand in focus.
